This is the home page of Southwest Louisiana's premier Zydeco ensemble, Nathan Williams & The Zydeco Cha-Chas.

For over twenty years, Nathan and his hard working band have toured the world bringing their unique brand of authentic Zydeco music to fans around the globe. At the same time, they have managed to remain one of the most sought after regional acts back home in Louisiana.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have supported us over the years, and hope that our new website will help to bring us all closer together.

The Cha Chas are featured in the soundtrack to In The Electric Mist, the faithful adaptation of the James Lee Burke novel, which was filmed almost almost entirely in Southwest Louisiana. The film premiered in New Iberia on February 20, and was released on DVD March 3rd.

In other news, the Cha Chas have added a new bass player, Paul Newman from Opelousas, Louisiana. Welcome aboard, Paul!
